Wire Forming

Wire forming is the process of extruding and bending straight metal wire to form complex wire parts. While the process is relatively simple, the machinery required to perform wire forming is complex as it uses computer-based code to bend wire to precise dimensions. Rotaloc’s wire bending capabilities are extensive so any wire shape can be formed, in 2 dimensional planes or 3, quickly and economically. Wire forming is advantageous as creating thin, complex parts in other metal processes is often very difficult and cost intensive.
