Round Knurled Inserts

Round knurled inserts are used in post-applied and mold-in applications. Knurling options include coarse knurling, fine knurling, cut knurling and straight knurling. Knurling style will be determined by the material the insert will be placed in and the method of installation. In addition to being molded into place, installation methods include press fit, ultrasonic welding, heat-set or mechanically driven into place.
 
Round Knurled inserts are made from brass, aluminum, zinc plated steel and stainless steel.
